For orders within Australia, Jenny Kee uses Express Post trackable parcels via Australia Post. Allow 2-4 business days for shipping.

For international orders Jenny Kee uses Australia Post – registered Post International. Allow 5-10 business days for shipping.

Please include daytime delivery address or work address including contact details. Post office box addresses not accepted.

Jenny Kee is not liable should there be a delay in shipping on behalf of Australia Post for circumstances out of its control.

Jenny Kee is a boutique brand and as such does not offer global free shipping or local free shipping. Please note that the shipping amount will be added to your order at time of purchase for your approval.

You will be notified by Jenny Kee once your order has been despatched via email.

In the event an item is out of stock you will be notified within 2 working days via email and you will be refunded.


INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

If you are located outside of Australia, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery into your country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported. These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by Jenny Kee.


RETURNS

Jenny Kee uses the highest quality woollen yarns, silks, printing and production techniques to ensure the highest standards. Prior to despatch each item is hand- checked through intensive quality control in the knowledge your order is despatched in premium condition.

We will refund any items should you not be satisfied with your purchase when you return them to Jenny Kee, in a saleable condition inside the original packaging and with tags in place, for any reason including change of mind. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted or offered for any items that have been worn, marked, washed or damaged. Any refunds posted after being in your possession for longer than 7 days will not be accepted.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the item and the refund being approved. The refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and assessed by Jenny Kee. Jenny Kee does not cover postage or returns unless the item is deemed damaged or faulty at which time Jenny Kee will add $10.00 for local Australian orders to the refund amount. Please note that if the garment is deemed not to be faulty, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from any refunded value.

For all international returns and refunds, please email sales@jennykee.com before sending to Australia with your claim and to determine the process of return freight options as Jenny Kee reserves the right to nominate a preferred International courier/post supplier. - In the event that your purchase cannot be delivered to the address provided (due to an error in the address details on the order or the recipient is not at the address) a minimum handling fee of $10.00 will be added to the re-delivery charge.
